Michelle Paull | Director of Operations

As a Jacksonville native, Michelle Paull has had the privilege of watching Northeast Florida grow into one of the country's most sought-after places to call home. Today, she and her husband, Michael, live in St. Augustine, where they raised their family and enjoy boating, traveling, spending time outdoors, and making memories with their two grown sons, family, and friends.

Michelle's career in real estate spans nearly four decades—although she likes to joke that she started when paper MLS books were considered high-tech. She began her career in multifamily property management before becoming a new home sales site agent and eventually transitioning into residential real estate, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the industry and the many ways people find their way home.

As Director of Operations for The Paull Team, Michelle oversees the client experience, marketing initiatives, listing strategy, and day-to-day business operations. She is passionate about creating systems that help the team operate efficiently while ensuring every client receives exceptional service, clear communication, and thoughtful attention to detail throughout the buying and selling process.

What Michelle enjoys most is building lasting relationships. She believes buying or selling a home is far more than a transaction—it's one of life's most important milestones.
